The most inclusive of the three plans

Signature Pool Service in Trophy Club, TX

Everything the Full plan covers on the weekly visit, with filter cleaning carried out as part of the plan instead of quoted as its own job.

What the Signature plan is

Signature is the plan for an owner who does not want anything about the pool left on their own list. One technician works a fixed task list on a weekly visit, and the periodic jobs that would otherwise have to be tracked and booked are folded into the same plan.

That folding-in is the whole difference between this tier and the one below it. On the Full plan the weekly clean is identical, but filter cleaning sits outside the plan and is booked as its own work when the filter comes due. On Signature it is part of what the plan covers, so there is nothing to remember and nothing to schedule separately.

What a Signature visit covers

Testing and balancing the water

The water is tested on the visit and the chemicals are adjusted to bring the balance back into range, rather than dosed to a guess.

Skimmer and pump baskets

Both baskets are emptied so the pump keeps its flow and is not left running against a restriction.

Brushing walls and steps

The walls, steps and benches are brushed so algae has nowhere quiet to take hold.

Vacuuming the floor

The floor is vacuumed to lift settled debris that skimming on its own cannot reach.

Waterline tile

The tile at the waterline is cleaned so the oil and dust line that forms there does not set into the grout.

Equipment check

The pump, filter, heater and any salt system are looked over for leaks, noise and anything running outside its usual behaviour.

Filter cleaning included

Filter cleaning is carried out as part of this plan rather than quoted and booked as separate work when the filter is due.

Salt cell cleaning included

For a pool on a salt system, cleaning the cell is handled inside the plan alongside the rest of the periodic work.

Repair call-outs included

When the equipment check turns up a fault, the call-out to look at it sits inside this plan rather than being arranged on its own.

How the three plans compare

The three tiers differ only in how much of the work is handled for you. They are described here by scope, which is the thing that actually separates them.

Signature Pool Service

The most inclusive tier. The complete weekly clean, plus filter cleaning, salt cell cleaning and repair call-outs carried inside the plan.

This suits an owner who wants the pool handled end to end and does not want to keep track of which periodic job is due when. You are on that page now.

Full Pool Service

The same complete weekly clean as Signature: testing and balancing, skimming and netting, brushing, vacuuming, waterline tile and the baskets.

The difference is that filter cleaning and salt cell work are not bundled. They come due a few times a year and are booked as their own jobs.

Partial Pool Service

The Full plan without the netting and vacuuming. The technician still handles the testing and chemistry, the brushing, the baskets and the equipment check every week.

This suits an owner who is happy to do the skimming and vacuuming themselves and wants the chemistry and the equipment side handed over.

What this plan costs

Plan pricing is not published yet

What a weekly plan costs depends on the pool itself: its size, its surface, how much shade and debris it takes and what equipment is on the pad. A single figure printed here would be wrong for most of the pools it was quoted against.

No number is shown rather than one that cannot be stood behind. What this page does set out is exactly what the plan includes, so it can be compared with the other two tiers on the work involved.

Through the year

How the schedule changes through the year

A North Texas pool does not need the same attention in January that it needs in July. When the water is cold, chemical demand falls away and the pool is not being swum in, so the work a visit has to do is smaller.

Debris load moves the other way through autumn, when what lands on the surface has more to do with the trees than the season. The point of a plan is that the cadence and the task list are set against the pool's actual condition rather than a fixed idea of what a pool needs, and the equipment check happens either way.

How the work is held to a standard

Service standards on this site are described as method, not as a warranty. The page below sets out what happens on every visit and what is written down, which is the thing a plan can actually be held to.

How the work is done

A fixed task list

The same list of tasks is worked on every visit, in the same order, so nothing on the pool depends on remembering it that week.

The same weekly route

The pool sits on a route that runs on a schedule, which is what makes a change in the water or the equipment noticeable rather than a surprise.

A written record of the visit

What was tested, what was added and anything flagged for attention is recorded, so the pool's history is a document rather than a memory.
