The complete weekly clean

Full Pool Service in Trophy Club, TX

Every weekly task handled on the visit, with the periodic jobs kept outside the plan and booked on their own when the filter comes due.

What the Full plan is

The Full plan covers every task on the weekly visit. The water is tested and balanced, the surface is skimmed and netted, the walls and steps are brushed, the floor is vacuumed, the waterline tile is cleaned and the baskets are emptied. Nothing about the routine clean is left with the owner.

One thing sits outside the plan, and it is the reason this page is separate from the Signature page: filter cleaning and salt cell cleaning are not bundled in. Those jobs come due a few times a year rather than weekly, and on this tier they are booked and carried out as their own work. The weekly visit itself is identical to the tier above.

What a Full visit covers

Testing and balancing the water

The water is tested on the visit and the chemicals are adjusted to bring the balance back into range, rather than dosed to a guess.

Skimmer and pump baskets

Both baskets are emptied so the pump keeps its flow and is not left running against a restriction.

Brushing walls and steps

The walls, steps and benches are brushed so algae has nowhere quiet to take hold.

Skimming and netting

Leaves and floating debris are lifted off the surface before they sink and mark the floor.

Vacuuming the floor

The floor is vacuumed to lift settled debris that skimming on its own cannot reach.

Waterline tile

The tile at the waterline is cleaned so the oil and dust line that forms there does not set into the grout.

Equipment check

The pump, filter, heater and any salt system are looked over for leaks, noise and anything running outside its usual behaviour.

Filter cleaning, booked separately

Filter cleaning is not part of this plan. It is periodic work, quoted and carried out as its own job when the filter is due.

How the three plans compare

The three tiers differ only in how much of the work is handled for you. They are described here by scope, which is the thing that actually separates them.

Full Pool Service

The complete weekly clean: testing and balancing, skimming and netting, brushing, vacuuming, waterline tile, baskets and the equipment check.

Filter cleaning and salt cell work sit outside the plan and are booked as their own jobs when they come due. You are on that page now.

Signature Pool Service

The same weekly clean as Full, with filter cleaning, salt cell cleaning and repair call-outs carried inside the plan rather than booked separately.

This suits an owner who would rather not track which periodic job is due and when.

Partial Pool Service

The Full plan without the netting and vacuuming. The technician still handles the testing and chemistry, the brushing, the baskets and the equipment check every week.

This suits an owner who is happy to do the skimming and vacuuming themselves and wants the chemistry and the equipment side handed over.

What this plan costs

Plan pricing is not published yet

What a weekly plan costs depends on the pool itself: its size, its surface, how much shade and debris it takes and what equipment is on the pad. A single figure printed here would be wrong for most of the pools it was quoted against.

The periodic jobs on this tier, filter cleaning among them, are quoted as their own work for the same reason. No number is shown rather than one that cannot be stood behind.

Through the year

How the schedule changes through the year

Water that is cold is not water that is working hard. Chemical demand drops through the cooler months and the pool is not carrying swimmers, so what a visit has to do in midwinter is a smaller job than the same visit in July.

The filter is the part of this tier that does not follow the swim season closely. It loads up according to what has gone through it, which in Trophy Club means the leaf drop matters more than the calendar. Because filter cleaning is booked separately on the Full plan, the equipment check is what tells you it is coming due.

How the work is held to a standard

Service standards on this site are described as method rather than as a warranty. The page below sets out what happens on every visit and what gets written down.

How the work is done

One task list, worked every visit

The visit is not improvised. The same tasks are worked in the same order, which is what makes a missed one visible.

A route that runs weekly

The pool is visited on a schedule rather than when it starts to look wrong, so drift in the water is caught while it is still small.

Written down, not remembered

Each visit records what was tested, what was added and anything flagged, including the filter pressure that says when the next filter clean is due.
