What the work is held to
Service Standards for Trophy Club Pool Service
This page sets out the method a visit is held to. It does not publish a warranty, because there is not one to publish yet.
Whether there is a written guarantee
No service warranty is published yet
This business is under new ownership and has not set the terms of a written guarantee. Anything the site said about a warranty before the change of hands belonged to the previous operator and does not carry over.
Rather than restate a promise that cannot be honoured, this page publishes the standards the work is actually held to. Those are set out below, and they are statements about how a visit is carried out, not predictions about how the water will look.
The standards a visit is held to
The same task list every visit
A visit works a written list rather than whatever the technician notices that day, which is what makes a skipped task visible instead of invisible.
The water is tested, not eyeballed
Chemical adjustments follow a reading taken at the pool on the day. Water that looks fine can be well out of range, and water that looks poor can be nearly balanced.
The equipment pad is checked every time
The pump, filter, heater and any salt system get looked at on every visit, not only once something has already stopped working.
A written record of the visit
What was tested, what was added and anything flagged for attention is recorded, so the pool has a history rather than a series of recollections.
Faults are reported before work starts
Anything found that needs a repair is reported first. Work on a failed component is not begun on the assumption that it was wanted.
The difference between method and promise
Working the same list every visit is something that can be described and checked. Guaranteeing a result is not, so it is not offered here.
Why results depend on more than the visit
Why water results depend on more than the weekly visit
Water chemistry does not hold still between visits. Heat drives chlorine off, rain dilutes and shifts the balance, swimmers load the water, and how many hours the pump runs decides how much of the water actually passes through the filter in a week.
That is why chemical work and the equipment check belong together. Balanced water in a pool whose pump is not running long enough is a temporary result, and a clean filter on a pool nobody is testing is the same story from the other side.
It is also why the honest standard here is a tested reading and a written record rather than a promise about clarity. The reading is a fact about the pool on the day. Clarity a week later depends partly on the equipment, which is why a failing component matters as much as the chemistry does.
Badges, ratings and reviews
No badges, ratings or reviews are shown
Nothing appears on this site that cannot be evidenced. That rules out star graphics, rating figures, award badges and licence marks, all of which the site carried under its previous owner and none of which belong to this one.
Reviews will appear here when real customers have left them, in their own words. Until then the space stays empty, which is a more useful signal than a number nobody can trace.
How the work is done
Described, not asserted
Every claim on this site is meant to be a description of what happens on a visit, which is the kind of statement a reader can hold the work against.
A route that runs weekly
The pool is visited on a schedule rather than when something has gone wrong, so a change in the readings shows up as a trend and not as an emergency.
The record is the accountability
What was tested, added and flagged is written down each visit. That record is what makes it possible to see whether the standards above were actually met.
